Concept: At 8:13 on August 17, 2009, the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station in Siberia suffered a catastrophic failure in which one of the turbogenerators was ejected out of its seat resulting in massive flooding and destruction of the turbine hall, and the deaths of 75 workers.
